RAYA – 13.5"ø x 23.75"h – Metal hairpin side table with walnut, mahogany, or ash top. Zebrawood (yellow and brown stripes) is sold out. These are not stained; this is the natural color of the wood. Mahogany and walnut have an oil finish. The ash has a water-based polyurethane finish. $300 each or $500 for a pair.
AZZY GIRAE – 45"w x 13"d x 19"h – Walnut and ash bench. Not stained; this is the natural color of the woods with an oil finish. The ash has yellowed with age and sun exposure. $550. Prefer to sell local to Los Angeles as the legs are glued on and will be difficult to ship.
DARWINA – 46.5"w x 32.5"h x 0.75"d – Walnut wood strips and dowels. Not stained; this is the natural color of the wood with an oil finish. Brown cotton string. $1500. This art is currently on hold for a group art show in October, but message me if interested. I can put a different piece in the show.
HILLARY – 14.75"w x 42.75"h x 1"d – Ash wood strips individually glued to a baltic birch panel with an ash frame. Not stained. This is the natural color of the wood with a water-based polyurethane finish. $850
IFRAH – 19.75"w x 35.25"h x 1"d – Red gum and walnut wood strips. No stain. This is the natural color of the wood with a water-based polyurethane finish. Some of these walnut strips have streaks of purple so I used a dark brown paint with purple undertones for the wood panel. $750
WOOD COLOR WHEEL – 27"w x 27"h– matte archival paper. This wheel is made from digital scans of wood veneers of trees from all over the world. Many more species of trees exist, but these are the veneers I have. One poster currently available. More can be ordered. Poster: $250. Poster with frame: $350
TRIANGLE 01 – 16.25"w x 28.5"h x 1"d – Baltic birch plywood panel with ash frame. Various paper and wood veneer triangles. I'll likely make more of this style in various color palettes in 2024. $600
NOTEBOOK – 5.25"w x 8.25"h – layflat blank white pages. The triangles are different wood veneer species which I identified on the endsheets. $20 [currently sold out but can easily order more]
VENI – approximately 19"w x 36"h or 19"w x 72"h. Collab with fiber artist Aneesa Shami Zizzo. Wood paper weaving in four species: aspen, cherry, walnut, and olivewood. All versions are available for pre-order. 3-ft length = $175. 6-ft length = $350.
